Pam Alcorn, owner of Alcorn Insurance Agency, moved to the Chama Valley in 1987 with her husband, Ron Alcorn. Pam was a stay at home with their three daughters until 1997 when she joined Ron to help manage the family business. She soon obtained her insurance license as her love for helping people grew. Pam is passionate about her community and is very involved with local events. She has helped with the Chama Chili Ski Classic for eight years and is the current President of the Chama Valley Rotary clumb. Pam loves children and giving back to the community’s youth. She has donated stockings and volunteers with the Annual Chama Christmas Tree Lighting - she enjoys every minute of it! She loves her work at the agency and is always looking to learn and grow so she can best assist those she works with. Pam is, most recently, a proud grandma to 2 amazing and beautiful grandsons. When she isn’t at the office, continuing her insurance education, or volunteering in the community, you can usually find Pam cross country skiing, snowshoeing or visiting her kids and their various pets.
